Italian company Eni uses algae to capture carbon dioxide

[Italy] Italian oil and gas company Eni is running the first carbon capture and utilisation (CCU) project aimed at capturing carbon dioxide emissions on an industrial scale using algae. Filomena Castaldo, Eni project manager, spoke to Interfax Natural Gas Daily to explain the technology’s potential.
