In the COO position, Dr. Anton will lead the transition of Cellana’s paradigm-shifting ALDUO™ algae cultivation technology platform into a commercial reality. He brings over 30 years of technology and product development experience to the company, including prior leadership roles at DuPont, Codexis and Joule.

Anton has a proven track record of value creation and capture and depth of experience in business development and technical project management. Before joining Cellana, he held C-level roles at Joule Unlimited, Inc., and Codexis Inc. He previously spent 25 years at DuPont in multiple senior management positions in bioprocessing and biocatalysis. Anton holds a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Minnesota.
