[Global, USA] The National Algae Association is pleased to announce that its new NAA Science & Chemistry Committee will be reviewing Algae Bloom & HAB Remediation Technologies for commercialization and immediate deployment.
Going forward, all remediation technologies will be reviewed for sound science and chemistry but also must be proven outside the lab, be scalable and be economically feasible in order to make sure there is legitimate value and to ensure commercial viability.
Due diligence on algae bloom & HAB remediation technologies will be conducted on a monthly basis and select algae bloom & HAB remediation technologies that meet those requirements will be asked to make presentation at one of our Algae Bloom & HAB Remediation Workshop Series.
While bloom research, testing and monitoring goes on throughout the US, the algae bloom & HAB crisis worsen every year. It’s time to get out on waterways and fix these devastating problems!
